Find a Cigna Provider

You can find providers and facilities on the Cigna website. Follow this step-by-step navigation or view the video below to guide you.

1. Click the Cigna Provider Directory button below. It will open in a separate window.
2. Select "Employer or School"
3. Enter your address or zip code, select how you'd like to search
4. Select "Continue as Guest"
5. Select "PPO Network"
