Find a Provider
You can find providers and facilities on the Cigna or MultiPlan website, depending on which program your employer is offering. Follow the step-by-step navigation or view the video to guide you.
Cigna Providers
- Click the Cigna Provider Directory button below. It will open in a separate window.
- Select "Employer or School"
- Enter your address or zip code, select how you'd like to search
- Select "Continue as Guest"
- Select "PPO Network"
MultiPlan Providers
- Click the MultiPlan Provider Directory button below. It will open in a separate window.
- Under Choose a Network, select "Practitioner & Ancillary"
- Enter your facility/practitioner and zip code
