Triad Benefits is a leader in designing, building and managing self-funded healthcare benefit programs for employers, their employees and dependents.

The company was started in 2010 as Health Cooperative Strategies, LLC, Triad Benefits is headquartered just north of Atlanta in Roswell, GA.

The Triad Benefits self-funded model brings the economies of scale and cost efficiencies typically only found with large, self-funded programs to the fastest growing, yet most inefficient market segment, the small to mid-size business sector. The self-funded model is designed to aggregate small to mid-size businesses into common platforms similar to a "Cooperative". This allows smaller companies to utilize the strength of the coop-approach as a large group to negotiate comprehensive employee healthcare benefits at more competitive rates.

Brian J. Keen

President & Chief Executive Officer

Brian Keen is the Founder and President of Triad Benefits. Mr. Keen has been in the insurance business for over 25 years and is a native of Roswell, GA. As a benefit development and marketing professional, he has worked for several major insurance carriers helping to develop a variety of insurance programs

Ryan Davis

Senior Vice President of Operations

Ryan Davis is Senior Vice President of Operations at Triad Benefits. Ryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBS) from Georgia Southern University and a Masters of Science in Healthcare Management. Ryan has extensive experience in managing healthcare and employee benefits. He helps manage the Ohio Dental Association Wellness Trust as their Plan Administrator. A former regulator with the Georgia Department of Insurance, Ryan now manages the integration of all of TRIAD BENEFITS’ various platforms across several Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and other service vendors. Ryan has also served four years as a member of the Henry County Board of Education. He and his family live in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Alex Diehl

Chief Business Development Officer

Alex Diehl has over 20 years of executive level sales experience in the financial, real estate and healthcare industries. Alex received a bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in Economics. He has successfully developed and managed top-line revenue generatingsales channels for start-ups as well as large corporations. In conjunction with his marketing acumen, Mr. Diehl uses his deep understanding of the self-funded model and knowledge of trends in the self-insured marketplace to help Clients develop successful sales channels. Alex and his family live in Roswell, GA.

Michael Casto

Vice President

Michael Casto serves as Director of Finance for Health CooperativeStrategies. In this role, he is responsible for billing and collection of healthcare fees as well as broker commission payments. Michael also assists the leadership team with the renewal process for self-funded clients. Michael is certified as a Self-Funding Specialist by the Health Care Administrators Association. Michael graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of South Carolina.  Michael and his family live in Roswell, GA.

Wayne Oliver

Senior Vice President of Administration

With over 40 years of experience in healthcare, Mr. Oliver  provides a unique approach to building and launching successful healthcare benefit programs. He helps with the supervision of Triad Benefits and manages vendor-partner relationships. Wayne received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Mercer University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from John Marshall School of Law. Mr. Oliver and his team work closely with brokers and vendors to create a cohesive, integrated healthcare benefits solutions for self-funded employers. Wayne and his family live in Sandy Springs, GA.

Kathy Scira

Vice President

Kathy is Senior Underwriter and Director of Health Underwriting at Triad Benefits. She received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Indiana University in Economic. Kathy has extensive expertise in managing healthcare programs from a risk management perspective. With over 35 years of experience in healthcare and medical underwriting, Kathy’s understanding of the complexities of a wide variety of health conditions and their impact on the employee health benefits. She is responsible for underwriting, medical claim review and reporting for all groups in the initial placement for rates as well as for all plan renewals. Kathy also assists with risk assessment for the Triad Stop Loss partners. Kathy her family live outside Greater Nashville, TN.
